Parents, we need your help! As we complete our self-study portion of accreditation, there are many questions for which we would like your child’s input. If you are willing, please assist your child by choosing the correct survey: PreK-Grade 2, Grades 3-5, or Grades 6-8. To help make the results as accurate as possible, please go through each question of this survey with your child – even if they are in junior high!
Please read the questions carefully and consider the "intent of the law" instead of the "letter of the law" if the statements aren't worded the best!

Parents, we are asking for your help; if you are willing to have your child take this, please assist him/her as needed (different ages will need different amounts of help!)
